• Wedding cake and bespoke cakes ideally 6 weeks before you need it to guarantee you the date you want.
• Cupcakes, tray bakes, and munchies usually 24-hour before collection.
• Don't be scared to ask, we sometimes have space for short notice orders but may require full payment in advance.

When is payment required?

• Full payment is required at time of order on orders of £15 or less, and for short notice orders as discussed above.
• 25% deposit confirms your booking for higher value orders.
• Balance is due 3 days before collection/delivery, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Bank transfer is preferable, invoice supplied by email at time of order.
• Cash payments accepted for lower cost orders.

Do you provide discount for Students, Armed Forces, or Bluelight Card Holders?

Yes, we do. Any order confirmed over £50 will receive a 10% discount on receipt of visual proof of entitlement.

What will my cake be supplied in?

All cakes are supplied in recyclable packaging, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Allergen and storage information is viewable on the packaging.

Do you deliver?

• Delivery is free within Redhall, Haughton, or Springfield.
• Delivery within other areas of Darlington is subject to pre-arrangement and a £3 fuel fee.
• Delivery outside of Darlington can be arranged when booking your cake, fuel fee will be required.

Can I collect my cake(s)?

Yes, collections can be made between 11 AM and 5 PM
Other times may be possible with pre-arrangement.
